It started with a challenge
In 2015, at just 20 years old, I was a student in South Africa studying engineering. My father gave me a set amount of money and told me:
“You’re on your own now. You have four years to pay for your studies. You’re an entrepreneur—use this money wisely. If I see you haven’t wasted it, I’ll always be there to help.”
At first, it felt like freedom… until I realised the money alone wouldn’t cover four years.
That was the moment I decided: challenge accepted.
